AGREEMENT

This agreement exists between the customer (you) and Cellbone.com.my, once Cellbone.com.my receives and accepts an order. The order may be accepted by Cellbone.com.my, at our discretion. Each order is considered as a separate agreement.

When you utilize this site or put in a request on it, you know that you are bound by these Conditions and our Data Protection Policies, so in the event that you don’t concur with the majority of the Conditions and with the Data Protection Policies, you should not utilize this site.

DELIVERY

Anyone at the delivery address who receives and signs for the goods shall be presumed by Cellbone.com.my to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf.

COST

The price you will pay is the price specified on the website. You also agree to pay the delivery fees and the respective own countries duties and tax.

The entire content of this site, including but not limited to text, logo and images is the intellectual property of Cellbone.com.my. You must not use or copy in any manner.

Your privacy is important to us.

All credit card transactions are handled by iPay88 and are SSL encrypted and secure. Ted Resouces Sdn Bhd does not collect or record any credit card details that you use when purchasing.
